  • 1 box apricot jello
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

    Bring pineapple to boil.

    Stir well. Chill until partly set.

    Stir in buttermilk.

    Refrigerate until set.
