  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 small boxes apricot or orange jello
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

    Heat pineapple until boiling.

    Let set until cool and partially jelled.
