- 1 c. shortening, softened
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 4 to 5 c. self-rising flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda

2This will keep up to a week in the refrigerator.

3Just pinch off and roll out the amount needed.
