    Poke holes in squash using sharp knife

    Microwave for 6-10 minutes (until soft )

    Be careful - squash gets very hot

    Remove from microwave, cut off end with stem, cut in half length wise

    Scoop out seeds with spoon.

    Scrape out squash into bowl. Add butter, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
