  • 2 c. squash
  • 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. cream
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

    Cook squash until tender and water evaporates.
