- 1 (2 c.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Soften cream cheese.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Combine over hot (not boiling) water the butterscotch morsels and butter.

4Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.

5Transfer to large bowl.

6Stir in graham cracker crumbs and walnuts with a fork until mixture resembles fine crumbs.

7Reserve 2 cups for topping.

8Press remaining mixture into 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch ungreased baking pan.

9Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
