  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 slightly beaten egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell

    Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
