- 14 cup white sugar
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup corn syrup
- 14 cup water
- 14 cup butter
- 12 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1Place white and brown sugars, corn syrup, water and butter in a heavy bottomed 1 quart pan.

2(The pan has to be 1 quart plus.)

3Heat and boil hard for two minutes.

4Remove from heat.

5Whisk in vinegar, vanilla and cinnamon until cinnamon is incorporated with no lumps .

6Reheat just to a boil and serve.

7Store in the fridge in an airtight container if you have leftovers.
