Buttery Herbed Potatoes

  • 2 lb Yellow potatoes (peeled)
  • 1 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter (melted)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Peel, cube and rinse the potatoes and put them in a 9x7 baking pan (I used stainless steel).

    Pour all the rest of the ingredients over the potatoes and give them a good stir to coat.

    Put foil over potatoes nice and tight then place potatoes on the top rack.

    Cook for 40 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!
