  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 None savoy cabbage, cut into strips
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 jar chanterelle mushrooms, drained

Directions

    Heat butter in a large pan, add onion and cabbage and saute for about 3-4 mins. Season then add cream and simmer for 10 mins. Add mushrooms and simmer for another 5 mins. Adjust seasoning and serve.
