Cabbage Au Gratin

  • 1 medium cabbage head, shredded (about 2 qt.)
  • 2 cans celery soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated American cheese
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs, buttered

Directions

    Cook cabbage in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes; drain. Place in shallow baking pan.

    Blend soup, milk and cheese.

    Heat until cheese melts.

    Pour over cabbage.

    Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400° in gas oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot.
