- 1 medium cabbage head, shredded (about 2 qt.)
- 2 cans celery soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs, buttered
Directions

1Cook cabbage in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes; drain. Place in shallow baking pan.

2Blend soup, milk and cheese.

3Heat until cheese melts.

4Pour over cabbage.

5Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400° in gas oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot.

6Makes 6 to 8 servings.
