  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped, about 1 cup
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped, about 1 cup
  • 2 medium carrots, grated, about 1 cup
  • 12 green bell pepper, medium-size, finely chopped, about 1/4 cup
  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 teaspoon dried dill
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
