- 1 medium cabbage, shredded
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. American cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs, mixed with butter
Directions

1Boil cabbage in salted water 5 to 7 minutes until just tender; drain.

2Combine soup, milk, cheese, salt and pepper in saucepan. Heat slowly while stirring constantly until cheese melts.

3Combine with cabbage.

4Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

5Sprinkle with crumbs mixed with butter.

6Bake 15 minutes until brown and sauce is bubbling.
