Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
  • 2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 lb. Spanish peanuts
  • 1/4 c. dry vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. maple flavoring
  • 2 lb. powdered sugar

Directions

    Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in double boiler.

    Then pour half this mixture in a buttered jelly roll pan.

    Chill.

    Then add Spanish nuts to the rest of the mixture and set aside.

    Mix butter, vanilla pudding and evaporated milk. Boil 1 minute and add maple flavoring.

    Then add powdered sugar. Mix together and spread over first layer of chocolate.

    Then spread the peanut and chocolate mixture on top.

    Cool and cut.
