- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (18 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes (or diced, peeled tomatoes)
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
Directions

1Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper.

2Drain off grease. Add both cans of tomato sauce and an equal amount of water.

3Pour juice from the whole tomatoes into soup pan.

4Chop tomatoes; add to soup pan.

5Add kidney beans and bring to boil.

6Add cabbage and cook until cabbage is tender, about 45 to 60 minutes.
