Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 regular cabbage
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Cut cabbage into bite size; boil 5 minutes and drain.

    Cook bacon in skillet.

    Chop onion into grease and simmer.

    Sift flour over grease and brown.

    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and cabbage.

    Place in dish and top with grated cheese. Cook at 325° for 30 minutes.
