Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 medium cabbage head
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • Pam spray

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Spray a 2-quart casserole.

    Cook cabbage in salted, boiling water for 10 minutes.

    Drain and cool, then chop finely.

    In a bowl, blend eggs, butter, cream, salt, pepper and onion powder.

    Stir in cabbage.

    Put mixture into casserole.

    Mix remaining butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top of casserole.

    Bake for 30 minutes.
