  • 1 head cabbage, parboiled in salted water
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour with 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Directions

    Parboil cabbage and place in greased casserole.

    Melt 1/4 cup margarine and add the flour; add milk and cheese and cook until thickened and the cheese is melted.

    Pour over cooked cabbage; have bread crumbs browned in the 1/4 cup of margarine and spread over all. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
