Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. coffee creamer
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Cut cabbage and boil in salted water until tender.

    Saute vegetables in oleo.
  3. 3
    Drain cabbage and add to vegetables.
  4. 4
    Add creamer, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook for 5 minutes. Mix in bread crumbs.

    Pour into casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
