Ingredients: 1 head cabbage ( 1 1/2-2 lbs) chopped.; 1 cup carrots grated or chopped; 1 large onion chopped; 1 1/2 -2 labs potatoes sliced; 1 package Turkey Sausage or Kielbasa, sliced; 2 cloves garlic minced (optional); 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon pepper; 1 teaspoon or 1 chicken bullion cube crushed; 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (optional)

Cover and cook on medium to low for 20 minutes. This steams the potatoes and cabbage.
