Rice Pudding

  • 3 c. water
  • 1 c. Comet rice
  • salt
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sweet milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon or vanilla

Directions

    Boil water.

    Add salt and rice.

    Cook approximately 20 minutes, or until water is absorbed.

    Add margarine.

    With mixer, combine sugar, eggs, milk and flavoring.

    Add to rice and butter. Pour into baking dish and bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
