  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 tube finely crumbled Town House crackers
  • 1 head chopped cabbage
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 tube finely crumbled Town House crackers

Directions

    Cook cabbage for 8 minutes, boiling in water.

    Melt 1/2 cup margarine in casserole or 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Sprinkle and mix 1 tube crackers in margarine and flatten on bottom like a pie crust. Place cooked cabbage over cracker crumbs.
