  • 1/4 c. garlic-flavored wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium cabbage, finely shredded
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

    Put enough water in a pan to cover cabbage.

    Add spices and vinegar.

    Bring to a boil.

    Add cabbage and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
