Cabbage Roll Casserole

  • 1 head green cabbage, chopped (about 8 c.)
  • 1 1/2 lb. uncooked ground meat
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • shredded Colby cheese
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. ketchup

Directions

    In a greased casserole dish or 9 x 13-inch pan, place 1/2 the chopped cabbage.

    Combine meat, rice, salt, garlic powder, sour cream and onion.

    Form into patties and place over cabbage.

    Add rest of cabbage over the top.

    Then sprinkle with cheese to cover entire casserole.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
