- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) can vacuum packed corn, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a large bowl, pour boiling water over cabbage leaves to cover; allow to stand 10 minutes.

2Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine beef, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, corn, onion, salt and pepper just until blended.

3Remove cabbage leaves from water.

4Place about 2/3 cup meat mixture in each leaf; fold in sides and roll lengthwise. Fasten with wooden picks.
