- 1 medium head cabbage (not too tight)
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. rice (instant or uncooked)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Core the cabbage; put in large pot of boiling water to separate leaves.

2Trim off the hard vein.

3Mix together the other ingredients.

4Roll small part of meat mixture in leaf, starting at bottom of leaf.

5Place in a baking dish.

6Use 1 can tomatoes or tomato paste diluted with water to pour over rolls.

7Place extra leaves of cabbage on top.

8Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.

9Add a little water if needed during the cooking.
