- your favorite meat loaf recipe (using 2 lb. ground beef)
- 1 medium cabbage head
- Crisco oil or butter
- water
- 1 c. tomato soup
- flour
Directions

1Break off leaves and drop in boiling water until limp; drain. Place meat in each loaf; roll and pin with a toothpick.

2Flour, salt and pepper; brown on all sides in a skillet whole bottom has been covered with Crisco oil or butter (as desired).

3Cover with tomato soup; then add enough water to cover all.

4Cover and simmer until done.
