- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 4 c. chopped cabbage
- 1 pkg. chicken-flavor Ramen noodle soup mix
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Toast almonds and sesame seed in oven 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown or microwave on High 6 to 7 minutes.

2In large bowl, combine cabbage and onion.

3In small bowl combine seasoning packet from noodles, vinegar, oil, sugar and pepper; blend well.

4Pour dressing over salad.

5Toss to coat.

6Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
