- 1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 frozen phyllo leaves, thawed
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
Directions

1Cook cabbage and drain.

2Mix cabbage, sour cream, curry powder and salt.

3Fold 1 phyllo leaf crosswise into halves.

4Brush with margarine.

5(Cover others with damp towel.)

6Fold leaf crosswise into halves again.

7Brush.

8Place 1/2 cup cabbage down center of leaf.

9Fold long sides, then short, overlapping.

10Place strudel, seam side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.

11Repeat with remaining leaves.

12Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven until brown, about 30 minutes.
