- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
Directions

1Place all ingredients, except for oils, in a food processor and process until smooth. With the motor running, drizzle in the oils, in a slow, steady stream. Stir in 3 tbsp water and season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
