Ingredients

  • 6 ounces, weight Penne Pasta
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
  • 1 whole Cucumber, Diced
  • 1 whole Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Chilled Caesar Salad Dressing, As Desired For Drizzling On Salad

Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. To keep pasta from being sticky make sure to use plenty of water when cooking it and once cooked, drain it, and then rinse with cold water.

    2. Prepare vegetables and cheese as detailed on the above list.

    3. Once pasta is cool mix all ingredients (except dressing) in a bowl.

    4. Right before serving toss with desired amount of dressing.
