- 12 x Jumbo Large eggs
- 2/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dry parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Crushed galic
- 2 Tbsp. Creole mustard
- 1 tsp Yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 x Cupfinely minced dilled pickles
- 3 dsh Tabasco sauce
- 6 x Pimento stuffed olives
Directions

1Put Large eggs in a 2 qt pot, cover with cool water to 2 inches above Large eggs.

2boil 20 min till hard boiled.

3remove warm water and inmerse in very cool water.

4peel Large eggs, cut in half, reserve whites.

5add in yellows to food processor along with all the other ingredients except olives.

6blend well.

7fill egg whites to cover entire top of egg half.

8slice olives in half and top each egg.

9makes 24 deviled Large eggs.
