- 2 lb. beef or pork short ribs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Place oil in skillet.

2Coat short ribs with seasoning.

3Heat oil until hot then add ribs and brown them well.

4Add onion and pepper.

5Lower heat and simmer about 30 to 45 minutes until onions and pepper are almost cooked to pieces.

6Then add water.
-
7Turn up heat and cook about 15 minutes.

8Serve over white or wild rice.
