Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (No. 2) can pork and beans (not drained)
  • 1 (No. 2) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (No. 2) can lima beans, drained

Directions

    Saute onion, bacon and ground beef until brown; drain.

    Add catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard and salt.

    Add the beans to meat mixture.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour into lightly greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 40 minutes.
