- 1 pound beef
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons water
Directions

1Trim all fat and cut into 1/4 inch slices.

2Combine ingredients, add meat and cover.

3Marinate in fridge overnight. Remove from marinade, line a cookie sheet with foil and lay meat without touching.

4Dry for 10-12 hours at 175 degrees making sure to turn every 3 hours and keeping oven door propped open for ventilation.

5After completely cooled, store in refrigerator in plastic bags.
