Corn Flake Cabbage Casserole

- 8 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 cans cream of celery soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 7 c. crushed corn flakes
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 2 c. milk
- Cheddar cheese, grated (sprinkle on top of casserole for last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking)
Directions

1Soak cabbage in ice water for 5 minutes. Drain. Mix soup, mayonnaise and milk; bring to boil. Melt margarine in baking dish. Mix crushed corn flakes with margarine and use half of mixture in bottom of baking dish. Reserve the other half for top of casserole. Put cabbage over corn flakes mix. Pour heated soup mix over cabbage. Top with remaining corn flakes. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. The last 5 or 10 minutes, add cheese and continue to bake.
