  • 1 each All beef frank
  • 1 each Whole wheat hot dog bun
  • 1/2 each Nori sheet
  • 1 each Avocado
  • 1 each Lemon
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Greek yogurt

    Steam your frank.

    Toast your bun.

    Toast nori gently until it stiffens.

    I just fan it over a stove burner for 30 seconds or so.

    Crush the avocado and season with salt, chili powder, and lemon juice.

    Smear a bit of yogurt on the toasted bun.

    Add a smear of guacamole

    Add your steamed frank.

    Add a big pinch of sauerkraut.

    Fold the nori sheet in half, then slice into fine batons.

    Finish with a big pinch of nori sprinkles.
