Ingredients: 1 lb pkg of bakery dough/pizza dough(room temp); ham and cheese calzones: use about 3/4 lb of baked virginia ham (sliced thin) and american cheese; spinach, pepperoni, olives, and mozzarella cheese: use 1 brick of chopped spinach and cook in saute pan, squeeze all water out of it once cooked (very impt) then sprinkle some garlic powder and add sliced/chopped margharita pepperoni add sliced olives (drained out of the can)

Roll and tuck bottom edges in or you'll end up with a leakage of cheese.","5":"Spinach, Pepperoni, Olives, and Mozzarella Filing:","6":"Spread the dough as described above and place spinach mixture length wise in middle of dough and top with mozzarella cheese (8 oz pkg). It is best to pour olive oil on center of cookie sheet, spread with your hands, pick up calzones and use hands to cover calzone with residual olive oil. Add more if necessary.
