Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 28 oz stewed tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup corn chex (or chex of your choice, corn/rice are gluten-free)
  • 14 oz canned, diced potatoes, drained
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables of your choice

Directions

    In large pot brown meat; drain.

    Stir in sugar, salt, chili powder, & onion powder.

    Add tomatoes & chex.

    Bring to a boil.

    Let simmer, covered, 8-10 minutes.

    Stir occasionally.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Simmer additional 10 minutes, or until heated through.
