- 4 stalks fresh broccoli
- 8 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cauliflower, broken into flowerets
- firm tomato chunks
- cucumber slices
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Remove flowerets from broccoli; cut in bite-size pieces. Combine broccoli, mushrooms and all vegetables.

2Toss lightly. Combine remaining ingredients.

3Mix well and pour over vegetables. Garnish with celery leaves and cherry tomatoes.

4Chill at least 3 hours.
