  • 2 to 3 c. raw yellow squash, grated
  • 1/2 c. fine chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal + 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

    (It will get watery after awhile, so do not mix until ready to fry.)

    Fry in hot skillet with vegetable oil.

    Drain.
