- 4 c. raw peanuts, shelled
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Combine ingredients in large boiler and cook on medium heat until all the moisture is gone, about 15 minutes.

2Peanuts will look pink frosted.

3Be careful not to overcook and scorch. Pour peanuts into a large baking pan so peanuts will be in a single layer.

4Cook in 300° oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

5Remove from oven.

6When cooked, store in airtight container or Ziploc bag.
