- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. orange marmalade

Directions

1In a saucepan melt first 3 ingredients.

2Pour over yams. (I use 3 very large yams which have been wrapped in aluminum foil and baked until soft.

3Peel and slice about 1 1/2 inches thick.

4Set on end in baking dish and pour candied sauce over yams.)

5Bake in 350° oven until sauce boils and yams are heated through.
