Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 lb. 10x sugar
  • 2 tsp. mint
  • food coloring if desired

Directions

    Cream sugar, butter and margarine until smooth.

    Add peppermint and food coloring.

    Roll into small balls and flatten with fork or thumb.

    Store in closed cannister on wax paper.
  5. 5
    Nice for showers, weddings, etc.
