  • 8 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 gallon water
  • 1 gallon okra, sliced

    Bring salt, vinegar, and water to a boil.

    Boil 4 minutes; pack into jars and seal.

    After opening, rinse in cold water and let drain.
