- 8 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all together. Use enough water to see in pan. Bring to boil. When okra changes color pack in jars and seal. When ready to eat, open jar.

2Rinse with cold water, drain. Fry as fresh okra. Don't re-salt.
