- white vinegar
- sugar
Directions

1Place cherries in a bowl and cover with white vinegar; let stand 24 hours.

4Stir every few hours for 5 or 6 days until sugar is dissolved.

5Put in small jars and seal.

6Serve as a condiment (like pickles).
