- 8 oz. bag Geiser's corn pops (hulless)
- 1 lb. peanuts
- 3 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. (3 sticks) butter
- 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1In large roasting pan, mix corn pops and nuts; set aside.

2In saucepan, combine sugar, butter and corn syrup.

3Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

4Take off heat; add baking soda and stir.

5Mixture will foam.

6Pour mixture over corn pops and nuts; toss to mix.

7Bake, uncovered, at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

8Turn out on wax paper to cool.

9Store in airtight container.
