  • 8 qt. popped corn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 2 cubes butter
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • salt
  • pinch of cream of tartar

Directions

    Boil 5 minutes, brown sugar, corn syrup and butter.

    Add soda, salt and cream of tartar.

    Pour over corn in large bowl or cookie sheet.

    Bake 1 hour at 200°.

    Stir often.
