  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

    Bring to a boil, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once or twice (watch carefully to avoid scorching).

    Remove the pot from the heat and swirl in the cream until it is fully incorporated.

    Be very careful when adding the cream because the mixture will bubble up.
